The “Virágzó Tsz.” apart from the traditional agricultural activities had been developing activities in the wood- steal-clothing industries and became the 7th biggest cooperation in the country.
During the regimen change the agricultural sector experienced an economically difficult phase. The different side steams became independent operations, but later on under the leadership of Tamás Tornai they kept functioning as individual co-operations.
That is the biggest reason behind the diverse activities of the Somló Holding.

It is a fully Hungarian company, a family run business; which has a significant economic role meanwhile providing labour opportunities.

The first company I founded 23 years ago was re-designed and restructured in 2012 according to the newest trends in national and international businesses.
The individual branches were integrated into the Somló Holding acquiring all the experience to ensure our development.
